*Daily and weekly rates include Cable and Electric depending on site selected. Cable and electric are extra for month-to-month rentals.  Rates for holiday and special events may be higher. Check when making your reservation.

Payment due upon arrival. No refunds given after payment is made. We accept cash, check, money order, or e-check payments only.

Specific site requests can only be made with stays of 4 months or longer. We reserve the right to arrange reservations according to the size of RV.

Cancellation Fees terms on any site rental: $35 fee charged if Resort is not notified about change prior to 3:00pm on the day before arrival date.
