Terms:

*Daily rates include electricity use and a Rockport water surcharge. Electricity use and a small water surcharge are extra for weekly and monthly rentals. Rates for holiday and special events may be higher. Check when making your reservation.

Payment due upon arrival. No refunds given after payment is made. We accept cash, check, money order, or e-check payments only.

Specific site requests prior to arrival can only be made with stays of 4 months or longer. We reserve the right to arrange reservations according to the size of RV.

Cancellation Fees terms on any site rental: $35 fee charged if Resort is not notified about change prior to 3:00pm on the day before arrival date.

All rates and policies are subject to change.

The RV spaces were spacious and the amenities were top-notch. We had a fantastic time!
